gatiou of the sentence. The Judge, after a
most impressive address, released the prisoner ou bonds. In Adams versus Adams, on

effected, and plaintiff's caso proceeded to-day.
Court opened here yesterday. No criminal
business. Shannahan versus Murphy is
pending. MeNeily for plaintiff; Morris

A treaty of peace lias been signed between
Guatemala and Salvador.
Asiatic cholera cases arc reported In Paris,
Cairo and Yokohama.
A railway accident occurred near Boston
yesterday, and fifteen |>crsons were killed.
A cyclone at Wilkcsbarre, Pennsylvania.
